The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Ramakrishna Prasad Narayan Iyer Alias Ramakrishna Prasad Narayana Iyer, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai on 25th September 2017. He was ordinarily resident at 10th Floor, B-1001, Juhu Trishul, 6th Gulmohar Cross Road, JVPD Scheme, Juhu Mumbai 400 055. A copy of his death certificate is annexed. The deceased was survived by his wife and a son. Their names are mentioned in the tabulation below paragraph 4 of the petition. 17th January 2018

During his lifetime, the Petitioner carried on business as a sole Proprietor of Jasper International Recruitment Agency. The Petitioner desires to carry on his business. His mother has consented.

The deceased left no Will and no other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, TR Prameela Prasad and Hritik Prasad. 6.
