Counsel for the petitioner states that its claim has been settled by respondent. Counsel for the petitioner further states that though the petition was admitted by an order dated 27th September, 2017 and petition was directed to be advertised, the petitioner though had paid Rs. 10,000/- to the Prothonotary and Senior Master, has not taken steps to have the admission of petition advertised.

In view thereof, Ms. Poonam submits that the withdrawal of this petition need not be further advertised. 3.
In the circumstances, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
Official Liquidator appointed as Provisional Liquidator stands discharged. The respondents to pay a sum of 25,000/- to the Official Liquidator within one week from today. It is made clear that the order of discharge of Official Liquidator will come into effect only upon payment of amount of Rs. 25,000/-. 5.
Consequently, application no. 649 of 2017 also stands disposed.
