After the Petition was heard for some time, in view of the averments in Paragraphs 4, 5 and 5.1 of the additional affidavit filed by Mr. Vikash Kumar Singh affirmed on 29th November, 2019 on behalf of respondents, Mr. Agrawal, on instructions, states that petitioner shall provide the documents, which were submitted by assessee to the bank, to respondents. Respondents may thereafter pass such orders as they deem fit.
