Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

1.

The Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.1,10,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Ten Lakhs only) to the Applicant / Plaintiff on or before 31 st January, 2016. The undertaking is accepted. 2.

Upon payment of the said amount of Rs.1,10,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Ten Lakhs only), the Plaintiff shall have no right, title and / or interest in and / or over the Suit property.

3.

The Suit as well as Notice of Motion are accordingly disposed of. 4.

Refund of Court Fees, if any as per Rules.
