At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would approach to the office of the Court Receiver for enforcement of the order dated 24th June, 2015 within one week from today and would pay costs, expenses and charges of the Court Receiver including cost of Rs.3,000/- payable towards cost of this report, I am inclined to grant extension of one week from today to the petitioner to approach the office of the Court Receiver for enforcement of the said order. It is made clear that if the application is not made for enforcement of the said order within one week from today and if requisite charges are not deposited along with cost of Rs.3,000/- within one week from today, the order dated 24th June, 2015 passed by this court to stand vacated without further reference to court.
