It is not in dispute that after this report dated 8th September, 2015 came to be served upon the petitioner's advocate on 18th September, 2015, the petitioner has applied for enforcement of the order dated 7th January, 2015 in the office of the Court Receiver on 21st September, 2015. Since the petitioner has already applied for enforcement of the said order, I am not inclined to discharge the Court Receiver. However it is made clear that the costs, expenses and charges of the Court Receiver would be borne by the petitioner including cost of Rs.3,000/- payable to the office of the Court Receiver. The same shall be paid to the office of the Court Receiver within one week from today. Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
