The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if the Court Receiver is discharged and agrees to pay cost, expenses and charges of the Court Receiver including Rs.3,000/- towards the cost within two weeks on communication of such cost by the office of the Court Receiver. Statement is accepted. Court Receiver is discharged on the condition that the petitioner pays the costs, expenses and charges of the Court Receiver including Rs.3,000/- within two weeks from the date of such communication by the Court Receiver. Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
