The Petitioner Nos. 1 to 9, through their counsel, undertake before this Court to vacate the shops/premises and hand over the possession to the Respondent No.4 in four weeks from today.

The learned counsel for 4th Respondent assures the Court that today the 4th Respondent is handing over the cheques to these Petitioners towards transit rent.
