By an order dated 4th September 2019, the Company Petition was allowed, but despite which this Court had given a chance to the Respondent that if the Respondent deposit a sum of Rs. 60,00,000/- with the Prothonotary & Senior Master within a period of two weeks from the said order i.e. 4th September 2019, the operation of the winding up order and consequential directions following the winding up will be stayed until further orders. 2.

The Petition accordingly, had come up under the caption 1 / September 25, 2019

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the sum of Rs. 60,00,000/- has been deposited by the Respondent with the Prothonotary & Senior Master within the period of two weeks as directed by this Court vide order dated 4th September 2019.

Accordingly, it would be appropriate to direct the Prothonotary & Senior Master to release the sum of Rs. 60,00,000/- deposited by the Respondent to the Petitioner and upon which, the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Company Petition. 5.

The Company Petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn upon the Petitioner being released the sum of Rs. 60,00,000/- by the Prothonotary & Senior Master.

The Company Petition is accordingly, disposed of in the above terms.
