Heard. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present proceedings this court has issued bailable warrant against both the respondents. The Registry has received report from Police Station, Panchori, Dist. Nagaour, Rajasthan State, stating that for want of present correct address, the bailable warrant returned unserved.

Considering these facts, eight weeks' time is granted to the applicant to provide present correct address of the respondent, failing which the Chamber Summons shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
