The present Interim Application seeks an amendment to ScheduleI of Testamentary Petition No.148 of 2016, which was filed for Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits belonging to one Anil Lachmandas Harjani ('the deceased').

This Court was pleased to issue Letters of Administration to the Applicant ('Original Petitioner') on 23/08/2018. Mugdha

The Interim Application has not specifically mentioned the reasons. On a query from the Court, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant clarifies that though the Applicant was aware that the deceased held certain saving bank accounts and fixed deposit accounts in HSBC Bank, they were unaware of the precise details in respect of the same and became aware of these details only after the grant of Letters of Administration. 4.

I have heard learned Counsel, perused the Interim Application as also the Schedule. I find that the Interim Application is in order and deserves to be allowed as prayed for. The Interim Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as under :- "(a) That delay of 1904 days in taking out this Interim Application be condoned;

(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant/ Petitioner to amend the Petition and also Schedule - I in as per Schedule annexed hereto;"

The Interim Application is thus disposed of in terms of the above order.
