The Petition relates to the adoption of a male minor Pranav born on 11th May 2013 and with the Petitioner organisation since May of that year. The minor has been declared legally free for adoption. The Petitioner's undertaking is on record and CARA has issued the necessary certificates.

The adoptive father is Norwegian. The adoptive mother is an American National. Both reside in the United States. They are 36 and 41 years old respectively. The 2nd Petitioner was previously 26th October 2016
902-FAP-66-2016.DOC married and divorced. He has no children by his previous marriage. A copy of the divorce decree is on record.

The other documents are in order. The adoptive parents' health reports are clear. The father works with the Connecticut Democratic State Central Committee since 15th May 2015 at an annual salary of US$ 42,000/-. His wife works as a Compliance Senior Specialist with Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company since 30th August 1999. Her annual income for 2015 was a little over US$ 86,000/-. The financial documents are on record. The Child care plan and home study report are also in order. The parents have provided that they intend to stay at home full-time to care for the minor. When the mother returns to work, the father will be able to stay at home to care for him full time for the next one or two years. 4.
The other documents, including the health documents of child, are in order. There are no exceptional circumstances as regards the health.

The Scrutiny Report of Mr. Hareendran is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

I will allow the Adoption Petition. The Judge's order is separately signed.
