Needless to clarify that, any order in the contempt petition will not prejudice the inter-se rights nor the contentions. All of them and of both sides are kept open. In the event there is no settlement, the petitioners can revive the proceedings before the learned Single Judge and seek such reliefs as are permissible in law.

In the light of the disposal of the contempt petition, the show cause notice does not survive and stands disposed of as such.
