The above Interim Application is filed seeking an amendment to the above Appeal as per the Schedule of amendment annexed at Annexure-B to the above Interim Application. The amendment is sought because the name of the Applicant/Original Appellant has changed during the pendency of this Appeal.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Original Appellant as well as the learned counsel APRIL 22, 2024 Aswale

12.IA.3444.23.DOC appearing on behalf of the Respondent, we allow the above application in terms of prayer clauses (a) which reads thus:- "a. Permit the Applicant to carry out the necessary amendments in the captioned petition as set out in the Schedule of Amendments [Annexure "B" herein] to reflect the new name of the Petitioner company."

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Appeal as well as the papers and proceedings in the above Appeal shall be served on the advocate for the Respondent within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The above Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act order.
