Shri Agarwal for petitioner states that in his petition, the company has already deposited a sum of Rs.15,30,000/- with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay and therefore nothing will remain in this petition. Shri Agarwal further states that though the petition was admitted, it was never advertised.

The petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
