At the outset, Mr.Khan for plaintiffs/applicants seeks leave to amend the schedule annexed to the Chamber summons. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

This is a pre-trial amendment application. Even the writ of summons is yet to be served. I have also seen the proposed amendment and that does not change the nature and character of the suit. Therefore, Chamber summons allowed in terms of prayer clause- (a) except bracketed portion. Prayer clause-(a) as allowed reads as under :- KJ
