Mr. Gandhi consents to the amendment sought in the chamber summons. In any event, considering the amendment sought, I am inclined to allow the chamber summons in terms of prayer clause - (a), except the portion which is bracketed in red ink. The prayer clause - (a) as allowed reads as under :

(a) That the applicant be allowed to amend the petition and other proceedings in terms of the schedule annexed to the chamber summons.

Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within two weeks from today.

Mr. Gandhi, counsel for defendant nos.1 and 3 undertakes to file Vakalatnama within one week from today and also waives service of the writ of summons. Mr. Gandhi states that defendant no.2 has retired and one Gauri Gaekwad
