CHAMBER SUMMONS NO. 1173 OF 2014 This chamber summons is taken out for leave to amend the plaint as per the schedule annexed to the chamber summons. By this proposed amendment, the plaintiff is seeking to add respondent Nos.1 and 2 and defendant Nos. 3 and 4 and to carry out consequential amendment to the plaint. Mr.Mehta for the applicant states that the respondents have been served in 2014 itself and undertakes to file affidavit of service within one week from today. No reply has been filed and no appearance has also been entered for the respondents. Mr. Acharya appearing for defendant no.2 has no objection. In the circumstances, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out and amended plaint to be served within three weeks from today.
