During the course of the hearing, it has been transpired that respondent no.3 has fixed the hearing of the matter today itself at 3.00 pm in regard to the grievances raised by the petitioner in this writ petition. In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.3 to hear the matter today at 3.00 pm. During the hearing, 4th and 5th respondent be also allowed to raise their objections in regard to the petitioner's grounds as may be raised by him before the competent

hvn 902-wpl-3007.2017 Authority. We also direct the competent Authority to decide the matter within ten days from today.

Till the decision is taken by the respondent no. 3, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned notice dated 31.10.2017.

Needless to say that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of. All the contentions of the parties are kept open.
