Mr Raheja on behalf of the Defendants seeks issuance of Witness Summons to the Respondent, G4S India which has offices in Bandra, Gurgaon and Dubai.

A Witness Summons in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Chamber Summons is to be served on G4S India at its Bandra and Gurgaon offices.

It is for the Respondent witness to obtain admissible copies of the Documents from the principals in Dubai. The Witness Summons is returnable in Court on 29th January 2019 for marking these documents.

Mr Raheja clarifies that the Document at Serial No. A(i) of the Chamber Summons is an email dated 7th July 2013 and not 2018 as inadvertently incorrectly mentioned in the Chamber Summons. 5.
The Chamber Summons is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
