These Appeals are for Assessment Years 2005-06, 2007-08, 2008-09. The learned counsel for the Respondent states that the Appeal filed by the Revenue for Assessment Year 2006-07 is already rejected for non-removal of office objection. In the said Appeal also, the tax effect is less than Rs.20 Lakhs. In all these Appeals, the tax effect is less than Rs.20 Lakhs. Gaikwad RD 1/2

The Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. Court fees as per rules be refunded.
