Having heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.1 to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 29th November 2017 [copy of which annexed at Exhibit-E to the petition], as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

If permissible, Respondent No.1 may delegate his powers to any of his subordinate, to decide the said representation. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties patilsr 1 / 2

are kept open. Needless to state that Respondent No.1 or his delegate shall decide the said representation of the Petitioner independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

The Petitioner shall appear before Respondent No. 1 on 2nd January 2019 with a copy of this order and copy of the said representation.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
