On instruction of the officer of the Corporation present in Court, learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that in accordance with the affidavit filed, the Corporation authorities will take necessary steps in respect of demolition of the subject structures within 6 weeks from today. According to the learned Counsel, the procedure prior to the demolition of the structures had already been complied with. 1/2
