By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 547 days in filing claim affidavit with the Official Liquidator. Learned Deputy Official Liquidator has no objection if the delay of 547 days in filing claim affidavit is condoned. I have perused the averments made in the company application and I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and also the learned Deputy Official Liquidator. I am satisfied that the delay in filing claim affidavit is properly explained. Company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No orders as to cost.
