Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.
Both sides agree that the facts of the present case are identical to the facts involved in Writ Petition No.1770 of 2011, (R.S. Madireddy, S/o. Kotyswara Rao Madireddy and Anr. Vs. The Union of India and Ors.) along with connected matters, disposed of by the Judgment and Order dated 20 th September 2022 by the First Court. That means, this petition can also be disposed of on similar lines and for the same reasons.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as not maintainable, with liberty to the petitioners to explore their remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

We make it clear that the time taken for disposal of this writ petition would, however, be excluded for the purpose of computation of limitation, should the petitioners seek any remedy by instituting fresh proceedings, where the question of limitation would be relevant. 5.
Interim Application No.2728 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the final order in the petition.
