This is the Plaintiffs' Chamber Summons for amendment. This is based on the documents and material disclosed in the Affidavits in Reply. There is no Written Statement. Issues are not framed and trial has not begun. I will allow the amendment. 3.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendments to be carried out on or before 25th November 2016. A copy of the amended Plaint will be served on the Advocates for the Defendants on or before 9th December 2016. 4.

The Chamber Summons is disposed of in these terms with no order as to cost.
