1. The parties have arrived at a settlement. Mr. Mahajan for the applicant states that an Addendum of settlement agreement dated th June, 2020/ 10 th September, 2020 annexed to the consent terms. In view thereof he has instructions to withdraw this Execution Application. He tenders Consent Terms for the record 1/2 6 (c).CHSCD-453-19.doc wadhwa

annexing the Settlement Agreement. It is clarified that order in terms of the consent terms is being passed.

2. In view of the above, by consent of parties, I pass the following order;

(i) Execution Application is allowed to be withdrawn. (ii) All pending interim applications and Chamber Summons shall stand disposed.

(iii) Interim orders shall stand vacated.
