The learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs states that the disputes between the Plaintiffs and Defendant Nos.4 and 5 are settled by and under an Agreement dated 15-01-2015. He further states that in view of the statement made by Defendant Nos.1 to 3 in paragraph 4(c) of their Affidavit dated 3001-2013, the Plaintiffs are not pressing for any reliefs against the Defendant Nos.1 to 3, and the Plaintiffs be allowed to withdraw the above Suit.
