In this petition under section 29A petitioner seeks extension of time. The time for making of the award expired on 9 th September, 2018. On behalf of the respondent learned counsel submits that he is in the midst of closing arguments after which the petitioner will need to rejoin and thereafter time will be required for the tribunal to make the Award. In the circumstances, I pass following order : (i) Time to make the award extended by four months from today. (ii) Petition disposed of in the above terms.
