This is an application under Section 446(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 seeking leave to proceed with Suit No.909/2014 filed in this Court against the respondent company namely M/s. Dahlia Traders Pvt. Ltd. The Official Liquidator has no objection for substituting/impleading it in the said proceedings for and on behalf of M/s. Dahlia Traders Pvt. Ltd.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
