However, since the learned Counsel for the Applicant has tendered apology, we recall the order dismissing the writ petition for non prosecution. Subject to removal of office objections within a period of four weeks from today, the writ petition is restored to file. Delay is condoned. If the objections are not removed within the said period, earlier order dismissing the writ petition will stand revived.
