This chamber summons seeks inspection of documents. Since filing of the chamber summons, the Plaintiffs have found out some more documents and they want to include these documents in the list of Pg 1 of 2

chscd54-15.doc documents, of which inspection is sought. Learned Counsel also wants to add to some prayers in the chamber summons. Considering this, it will be more appropriate for the Advocate to withdraw the present chamber summons and file a fresh chamber summons. The learned Advocate offers to do so. Accordingly, the chamber summons is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to take out a fresh chamber summons for the same reliefs and claiming additional reliefs as proposed by the Applicants/Plaintiffs.
