The respondent states that she has no objection for the grant of relief as sought in this petition. Therefore, the petition is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause -(a) which reads as under : "(a) That respondent [defendant no.2(a)] may be appointed as guardian of defendant nos.2(b) and 2(c) for the purposes of this suit."
