In view of the averments made in the affidavit

sng nmw-449.16 in support, a case for restoration is made out of the Writ Petition which was rejected in exercise of the powers under Rule 986 of the High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) subject to condition of removing all the office objections within a period of three weeks from today.
