This petition is filed by advocate Narvankar on behalf of the petitioner-Rushikesh Nakwadi. Though it has been listed for admission along with other petitions, we find that the Registry, in exercise of powers conferred by Rule 986 of the High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980, has dismissed this petition on 14th March, 2017. No attempt has been made to restore this petition to the file. A notice of motion was moved for the purpose of seeking quashing and setting aside of the conditional order passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master.
