At the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, petitioner is granted two weeks time to approach the office of the Court Receiver for compliance of the order dated 27th January, 2015 on the condition that the petitioner deposits the costs, expenses and charges to the office of the Court Receiver and also cost of Rs.3,000/- payable on this application within two weeks from today. It is made clear that if the application is not made for enforcement of the said order dated 27th January, 2015 within two weeks from today and appropriate charges are not deposited, order dated 27th January, 2015 to stand vacated without further reference to court however on payment of costs, expenses and charges as directed aforesaid. Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
