The Petitioner No. 2 has filed Afodavit dated 19th January, 2022, paragraph no. 4 whereof reads as follows: "4. I therefore say that the Petitioners are hence withdrawing the above Petition subject to the approval to their development proposal dated 11.10.2021 being accorded by the Improvements Committee/ Corporation with the liberty to revive the present Petition if the said approval is not granted by the Improvement Committee/Corporation."

In view of the above, we permit the Petitioners to withdraw the Petition with liberty to revive the Petition, if the occasion so arises.

In view of disposal of Petition, the Interim Application does not survive and to stand disposed of.
