Mr.Mishra further states that though notice invoking arbitration has been sent to respondents and there is no reply from respondents, petitioner has not filed any application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Mr.Mishra is seeking an adjournment on the ground that petitioner has not contacted him after the petition was filed. On 9.11.2017 also at the request of advocate for petitioner, matter was stood over to today. Therefore, petition is dismissed.
