The review is sought of the order dated 5th October 2015 passed in the Notice of Motion for interim relief taken out in the writ petition. The Notice of Motion has been disposed of by accepting the statement in the affidavit which is referred in the paragraph 3 of the said order. Clause 4 of the order grants liberty to the review petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings.

Hence, there is no error apparent on the face of the record. Even
