Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder : "(a)that this Honourable Court be pleased to allow the Defendant No.1 to carry out the amendments to Written Statement filed by her on 12-11-2013 and accordingly the said Written Statement of Defendant No.1 be permitted to be amended as per the Schedule A annexed";

All contentions of the Plaintiffs are kept open. Amendments to be ssp 1/2
