The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions of the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Notice of Motion with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. The Notice of Motion is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. We, however, make it clear that we have not made any adjudication on the question whether all the prayers made in the Notice of Motion can be granted by the appropriate forum or appropriate authority. All contentions in that behalf are kept open.
