By this chamber summons, the applicant seeks to bring the additional documents on record which according to him were forming part of the record before the learned arbitrator in arbitral proceedings.

In my view if these documents which are sought to be brought on record by way of this chamber summons were already forming part of record of the learned arbitrator in the arbitral 1/2

54-chs1111-17 proceedings, the applicant can rely upon the same at the stage of admission of the arbitration petition and at the stage of final hearing if the petition is admitted. The applicant can file compilation of such documents with an advanced copy to be served upon the learned advocate for the respondents. The respondents would be at liberty to raise objection to production of these documents if the same were not filed before the learned arbitrator at the stage of admission. The compilation of documents shall be filed within one week from today. The objection in respect of such documents shall be communicated by the respondents within one week from the date of receipt of such compilation to the petitioner appearing in person. 3.

The chamber summons is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
