Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed and the order dated 15-11-2014 dismissing the above Company Petition for non-removal of office objections, is set aside. The learned Advocate for the Applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of one week from today, failing which the Company Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. In the event of the Advocate for the Petitioner removing office objections within one week from today, place the Company Petition for Acceptance before this Court on 30-032015.
