On 16-06-2014 this Court in Company Petition (L) No.877 of 2014 passed the following order :

"The learned Advocate for the Petitioners has not removed office objections since last six months. However, as a last chance and only by way of indulgence, time is granted to the Advocate for the Petitioners upto 20-06-2014 to remove office objections, failing which the above Company Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court" 2.

However, the Petitioners failed to remove the office objections and to have the Company Petition numbered as directed by this Court. In view thereof, the Company Petition came to be dismissed on 21-06-2014. However, the Petitioners even thereafter failed to take any action in the matter and the ssp 1/2

cal 602 of 2014 (915).sxw above Company Application seeking restoration of the Company Petition was filed only on 14-11-2014. On 16-12-2014, the Office has raised objections in the above Company Application, which are not removed by the Applicants till date. In view thereof, the Company Application is dismissed.
