Mr. Singh relied upon the joint affidavit of Mr. P. V. Kajrekar and Mr. Prasad Vaidya, affirmed on 21st December, 2016, and 22nd December, 2016, respectively.

No reply has been filed and nobody has entered appearance for respondent no.2. Therefore, notice made absolute against respondent no.2 and accordingly disposed.

Claimant to take steps in execution within four weeks from Meera Jadhav
