The Motion is by the Plaintiff seeking access and leave to take the minor son to Germany for about 15 or 16 days in May 2018. There is no opposition to the Motion. It is made absolute in terms of the prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). An Affidavit of the mother confirming her no objection is taken on record. 2.

It is to be noted that matter was initially contested and was then disposed of by mutual consent. This is the reason both parties are shown as Plaintiffs.
