The present Chamber Order is taken out for restoration of Company Application, dismissed by Order dated 06.09.2017 under the provision of O.S.Rule 986.

Ld. Counsel for Applicants filed Affidavit of Service, which is taken on record.

Despite service, none appeared on behalf of the Respondents.

Perused Affidavit in Support. Heard Ld.

Counsel for Applicants. Affidavit in Support reveals that junior Counsel and clerk of Advocate for Applicant failed to inform ld. Advocate about the office objections raised by the Department and there was some confusion at the end of Advocates Firm and junior Advocate, therefore, office objections could not be removed.

As none appeared to resist instant Chamber Order, reasons mentioned in Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order appear to be sufficient to allow instant Chamber Order.

Hence, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.

Applicants and/or their Advocate to remove office objections on the Company Application and get the same numbered and regd. on or before 12-042018, failing Company Application to stand rejected for non-removal of office objections under O.S. Rule 986.
