By this notice of motion, the petitioners seek condonation of delay of 1 day in filing the arbitration petition. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if the delay of one day in filing the arbitration petition is condoned. Statement is accepted.

Notice of motion is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.

The petitioner is directed to remove all other office objections if any, within one week from today. If is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If all the office objections are removed within one weeks from today and if the petition is numbered, place this arbitration petition on board for admission alongwith Arbitration Petition No. 1447 of 2015 on 23rd March, 2016.
