Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner will file an Appeal against the impugned order dated 3rd November, 2017 (Exhibit A) before the Appellate Authority on or before 21st November, 2017 along with Application for stay. 3.

In case such Appeal along with Application for stay is filed by the Petitioner, we direct the Appellate Authority to decide the Application for stay as expeditiously as possible but in any case Vishal Parekar 1/2

Till the Petitioner's stay Application is decided, no coercive steps be taken against the Petitioner in respect to the Petitioner's structure.

In case any adverse order is passed on the stay Application, the same shall not be given effect for a period of two weeks.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.

The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
