Respondents are not yet served. Mr. Nawadkar tenders very badly drafted affidavit of service of Mr. Pravin Kajrekar and one Mr. Daulat Shambharkar dated 6th March 2019. Mr. Nawadkar states that affidavit was drafted by his clerk and he did not even read the affidavit. From the affidavit it appears that an attempt was made on 11th May 2017 to serve respondents but respondents were not found. Thereafter no steps has been taken. Mr. Nawadkar states that he has informed the claimant and sought further instructions, to which there is no reply. Therefore, notice as well as execution application dismissed. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.)
